Returns

We are happy to offer a refund of the purchase price for items returned in brand new, unused, and resellable condition within 12 days of purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $12.00 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Items must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
Clearance items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.

Please note that embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds will be processed once the provided return label is scanned as “delivered” by the postal carrier.
