Returns – Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept returns unless items are damaged or shipped in error.
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim:
• Email clear photos of the issue
• Include your order number
• Provide a brief description of the problem
Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
